Frequently Asked Questions
Can someone with a kids pass attend the concert or rave?
Due to liability reasons, those under the age of 16 are unfortunately not able to attend the rave or concert. They are, however, able to enjoy panels and arcades!
Can I extend my badge another day if I want?
If you purchased a Friday pass and want to extend to a full weekend pass, you can pay the difference ($30) to level up from the one day to the weekend pass. We can offer a $10 discount on second-day badges if you bring your original badge on the second day.
Can my child attend this conference without a guardian?
No. Any individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied with an 18+ guardian at all times in the convention space. Those who are 16 or 17 are allowed to attend without a guardian with the guardian’s written permission, however, the guardian must attend the individual at registration to sign a waiver.
Can I upgrade my registration after purchasing it?
If you’ve purchased a registration already and would like to upgrade it, you can do so through our registration system. You will simply pay the difference between the tiers.
