Have you ever dreamed of sharing the stage with a beloved music icon? Now’s your chance. Sonic Neon Summit proudly presents “Karaoke with the Stars”, an exclusive auction-based event where selected attendees will perform live duets alongside Sonic music legends Johnny Gioeli or Bentley Jones!

This is a limited-access opportunity and not a general sign-up karaoke event. Participation is granted only via silent auction bidding.

Please read the following rules and procedures carefully and in full to ensure a smooth, respectful, and unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Bidding will take place inside of the Art Gallery during open hours.

FRIDAY: 12:00pm – 7:00pm

SATURDAY: 12:00pm – 7:00pm

Absolutely no bids will be accepted outside of these posted hours. Make sure to visit early and often to boost your chances of winning!

To ensure fairness and ease of tracking, bidding will follow a simple format:

• Starting bid: $10
• Minimum increase: $5 (smaller amounts will not be counted!)

With every bid submission, be sure to include:

• Your first name/what you prefer to go by
• Your badge number (found on your badge on the bottom left corner)
• The song title and artist you are bidding on.
• Your bid amount.

Once the auction closes, the highest bidder for each song will be texted or e-mailed directly to confirm that they’ve won. At that time, they will be asked to finalize the payment in order to secure their slot.

If no response is received within two hours, event staff will assume that the bid has been forfeited. The second-highest bidder will then be contacted.

• There will only be one winner per song. One person cannot win multiple songs.
• Songs are performed as duets with the winning bidder and featured artist only. No additional guests or group singers will be allowed. 
• While our guests are excited to share this experience with fans, please remember to respect their boundaries at all times. Do not grab, pull, or initiate unwanted physical contact with the artist unless clearly invited. You may ask what they are comfortable with before beginning your performance.
• Be respectful to SNS staff, guests, and fellow attendees.
• Those in the crowd must remain in the designated areas. Do not approach or enter the stage unless called up by event staff.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate removal from the stage and event.

Event staff will be present at the Art Gallery throughout the auction period to answer any questions you may have about bidding or song selection. Feel free to ask – we want everyone to feel confident and excited about participating!
